大多数人**假定**认可的信源，Twitter 用户`@MindyShi227`明确了[判决书内容](https://twitter.com/MindyShi227/status/1668491636026884097) （有[第三方证实](https://github.com/996icu/996.ICU/pull/26101#issuecomment-1593400100)）和[“程渊并不是 996icu 的发起人”](https://twitter.com/MindyShi227/status/1669463128445263872)。

根据前述证据，目前未见[996ICU](https://github.com/996icu/996.ICU)与[判决书](https://twitter.com/MindyShi227/status/1668491636026884097)有实质上的关系。根据[信源补充](https://twitter.com/MindyShi227/status/1669463128445263872)，**相关仓库实际上是**[996action](https://github.com/CPdogson/996action)和[996.law](https://github.com/CPdogson/996.law)。

在最近的[commit](https://github.com/996icu/996.ICU/commit/3af031b3308c2d213060f9a42419ddfaa215abb3.patch)中，[@996icu](https://github.com/996icu)也进行了辟谣：
